1. Who can use FAN ME
FAN ME is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older to create a club or join one. We remove accounts belonging to minors permanently and report unlawful content where required.
2. Your club, your content
Creators own everything they publish. By posting, you confirm you hold the rights to that content and that publishing it is legal where you live. You grant FAN ME only the limited licence needed to store and display it to your members.
3. Payments and fees
FAN ME charges 0% platform fee. Fans pay creators through the creator's own connected payment account, and standard payment-processor fees apply. FAN ME never holds creator funds and is not a party to the transaction between a creator and a member.
4. Memberships and cancellation
Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the creator and their payment provider.
5. Prohibited content
No content involving minors, non-consensual material, violence, hate, harassment, illegal goods or impersonation. Violations end the account immediately and without refund.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, put other users at risk, or expose FAN ME to legal liability.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect.
